Sunset at Scarritt Point

Layers and wiggly contrails made an impressionist sundown.

The gray limestone of the Museum glows with the warmth of the late afternoon.


Warmer weather with longer days.... despite this weekend they will be here soon.

Scarritt Point Aux Naturelle


Park of Kessler Park that contains Scarritt Point was put in the Parks Department's Reduced Mowing Program (RMP) this year. Although a little more difficult to navigate.... long pants and hiking boots are recommended (there's stuff living in there).... it probably resembles the way it used to be back when the Indians roamed Northeast. This view looks Southwest you can barely see sone of the downtown buildings to the right of center.
