Arch Rival

I love visiting St. Louis.   It's the quickest way to visit an eastern city.  Lots of east coast influences along with French and other European architecture.

Romanesque Revival?

 That's the style I'm calling Our Lady Of Peace for now.   Would welcome correction.  Parish established in the late 1800s.. this structure was built early 1900s.   Mostly granite.  It's really not as scary as these first two shots indicate... but it lends itself to spookiness none-the-less.   Formerly Saint Stephens, it is still an active and vital parish.

Visited Berkley Park at the River's Edge today.  Great day for a walk.

The Un-Ranch

 Every so often when I photograph a home there is a big surprise when the exterior belies what's inside.

 This home at 209 Olive in Pendleton Heights is such a find.   Great art. Colorful design.
