Hundreds of runners poured into Historic Northeast Kansas City today for the annual running of the Cliffhanger 5K and 10K. The course started at the Colonnade and wound around Gladstone Boulevard to Cliff Drive then around Cliff Drive to Elmwood where it headed west again back around the KC Museum and to the Colonnade.
