A Question Of Priorities

This is Sixth and Spruce.   It has looked like this for four years.   Seems to me, if you can build a streetcar in a year, you can tear down an eyesore in less time.   I will now return to my usual happy images.

    Hey, KC needs its Streetcar to Nowhere! How else you gonna get Millenials to move downtown? (Like they already have/are?)
