Fall, Cliff Drive

Cliff Drive is unusually colorful this year.  Due to the drought most all the trees are changing at the same time.  Above is a 7-minute video of the Drive moving from West to East, from the Paseo Gateway to the Elmwood entrance.  Above and  below are shots of North Terrace Lake.

Fashion and Art

The Arts Tech building was the site Friday night of the MyArts fundraiser "Shades of Autumn." The well-organized space was filled with art from participants in the MyArts program. All were available for purchase or for silent auction bidding.
Above, models in waiting.. for hair and makeup.
Below, just a small sampling of the art on display.

A few fun poses before the runway.  The girls were very easy to work with and had a lot of fun.

The MyArts Program is operated out of the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office and Jean Peter Bakers was there with friends  (center)

Side Altar, St. Mary's Episcopal Kansas City

St. Mary's Episcopal is one of the oldest congregations in Kansas City.  Begun as St. Lukes in 1854 it changed to its current name in 1875.  The building housing this side altar was built in 1886.  Available light, ISO 6400.     And, yes, it has a ghost.
