Once vacant lot is a new home.  Designed to fit in with the other residences in the Scarritt Point Historic District.  Newest home in Historic Northeast.   St. John Avenue and Gladstone Boulevard.

The House On Windsor

Purchased last Fall 3227 Windsor Avenue ( c. 1900 ) is undergoing a rebirth with the great work of the owner/occupant John de Miguel.   Below are some before and after pictures that show what imagination ( and dollars ) can do to revitalize a wonderful property. Scarritt Resident Dylan Van Gerpen handled the sale.
