Looking Forward To Spring

One of the first flowers to be seen along Cliff Drive this year will be Spring Beauty.  About the size of a grown man's thumbnail..  they bravely pop out even in light snow.

These little flowers grow naturally in the woods along Cliff Drive in early Spring... like now. And that's actually their name... "Spring Beauty."
