Old Is New Again In Pendleton Heights

Property tax records on this lot in Pendleton Heights go back to 1870.   The home has not been around that long, but it is well into its second century.     A total renovation has just been completed and it's now on the market.  Truly quality work on an old gem.

I love to post images of a really well-done rehab of a valued piece of architecture.
