Melrose Methodist
Located at the intersection of Bales and Windsor, Melrose United Methodist Church has been serving the Northeast neighborhood for more than 120 years. The deep brown western portion of the complex, left in exterior view, was finished in the 1880s... the "newer" worship space on the east side, right side, was completed in 1928. The church was founded by Nathan Scarritt whose land included much of what is now Kessler Park and ran east to Elmwood Avenue.
