very cool, David. i was thinking, since city is going to condemn the Nelle Peters apts on Summit on Plaza, a photo collection of Peters apts in NE (and elsewhere in KCMO) would be interesting. there are a lot of interesting apt bldgs in NE, i think the Hillcrest Apts on 500 blk of Gladstone is one of her designs. Nelle Peters was a very interesting person, someone should really do a book on her. she died in '74 in Sedalia, i know her ashes were placed in Elmwood Cem but i don't know where.
