What Would Eight-Million Dollars Fix?

 The first priority of any well run city should be it's neighborhoods.  Cops and codes.  These are a few examples from my area that I gathered in FIVE minutes.   More to come until the August election.  Unfortunately I won't run out.    I do NOT intend to run down my area, but to point out the error in City priorities.

A Walk In The Hood

 Walked through the neighborhood this afternoon checking out both domesticated and wild flowers.
