Cliffhanger Run 5K And 10K

 The Cliffhanger 5k and 10k for 2019 races start and finish line in front of The Colonnade in Historic Northeast KC.  The route went along Cliff Drive and up Gladstone Boulevard.  The race is put on by the Kansas City Running Club and is a benefit for Northeast Neighbor to Neighbor  ( nnncares.org ).  The snow didn't amount to much Wednesday night... but I headed up to the Colonnade during the "storm" anyway.   This was at about 8pm.

Green Grass/Blue Grass

 Saturday  night at the Colonnade was the first in a series of Summer Concerts presented by Northeast Arts.   The inaugural group was Phantoms of the Opry... playing a mix of country and blue grass.    There's a sample of their music at the end of this post.
