Cliffhanger Run 2018

 Today, Saturday November 3, 2018, was the 33rd Cliffhanger Run...a 5k, 10k and 1 mile kids run along beautiful Cliff Drive.   The weather was perfect for running.   These are just a few of my shots for the day.  All of the shots can be seen at:dl=0https://www.dropbox.com/sh/5nsfqen8mgy7l40/AADD-SW0Q7NElFecMFXNsSNja?dl=0
The race was staged by the Kansas City Track Club.  Above is a picture of children from Crestview Elementary located north of the river.

 After the race participants headed to Gladstone School for a pancake breakfast and the announcement of times and medal winners.

The Colors Of Reservoir Hill

                                      The Kansas City Museum from Reservoir Hill.

Nature is slowly reclaiming the interior and has a wonderful palette  to show for it.  Above, the northern half of the Reservoir. Below, the southern half of the Reservoir.

                 The cottonwoods are at their peak, including the Missouri State Champion, below.

Fall On Cliff Drive
