This building is part of Film Row in the Crossroads Art District. We only have one of these, we have
tons of ugly parking garages.
When attending events at the Kauffman, we generally park on the street somewhere near this beauty. I've always admired it and wished I could buy it and turn it into something amazing. It deserves to be something fantastic.
