A Very Humid Sunset

Wednesday, July 2nd, the humidity reached 94% here in Kansas City.  That made for a very soft, diffused sunset.  This photo taken from Kessler Park next to the Kansas City Museum.

             Taken from Scarritt Point in Historic Northeast.  It's just west of the Kansas City Museum.

Perfect unintentional timing as I arrived at my previously selected spot to shoot the skyline.  The Sun setting right between City Hall and the old Telephone Building. In cases like these, you don't think about anything just react and let the camera do most of the work.

Warmer weather with longer days.... despite this weekend they will be here soon.
