Bishop Hendrix - Annie Scarritt Hendrix House Restoration Update 3


The renovation continues.   Exterior painting is complete.  New window installation almost complete. Rough-in inspection complete. Dry-wall delivered and installation from top down underway. New brick patio is done and side porch making progress.   Expect drywall completion in a couple of weeks. It's a bustle of activity inside.     I'll update again upon completion of dry wall installation. 3242 Norledge Avenue built in 1887. For the complete story of this home:

Bishop Hendrix - Annie Scarritt Hendrix House Restoration Update 2

New coat of paint going on ( no it was not feasible to remove the paint from the bricks).  New windows will be going on the front not too long from now. New garage is almost complete. Update on the inside coming soon.  Built in 1887. 3242 Norledge Avenue.

Update On The Bishop Hendrix Home ( Annie Scarritt )

Bishop Hendrix/Annie Scarritt Hendrix home... 1887.  Under renovation.  Plumbing and electrical should be completed this month and then drywall installation will start.  Below the new garage going up. 
Below working on the new porch railing for the second floor/front balcony. 

Above, the false ceiling on the front porch has been removed and the brickwork behind it is being repaired.  
The following shots show the electrical work and plumbing that has already been done. 







                 Above the floor to ceiling window can be opened for access to the porch outside. 









New windows on the third floor. 



                                     Tower room got new windows too. 



Preparing to install the first new railing on the second floor.
